Refund policy

Returns/Cancellations:

Your item must be in original unused condition to be returned. Orders must be returned within 30 days of your item being delivered.   All orders are subject to a return/cancellation fee of 4%.  Original shipping costs are not refundable when RockPeak was charged shipping by the origination shipper regardless of shipping charges being itemized on the RockPeak invoice to the purchaser.
